In addition, our students will develop self-esteem, a respect and appreciation for diversity, and become life long readers and learners. Our Saucedo community, which includes parents, staff, and outside community members, will encourage and support all students, special education and general education students, in developing skills to become self-sufficient adults who will succeed and contribute responsibility in a global community. The Mission of Saucedo Scholastic Academy is to accomplish our mission, the Maria Saucedo Scholastic Academy, together with students, staff, parents, and community members, will provide a literacy program that develops all students’ abilities, special education, bilingual and general education students. These partnerships will bring our community of learners into family-centered education. We will create an environment that fosters mutually respectful relationships that in turn support all students’ intellectual, ethical, social, and technological growth. This will be accomplished through professional development, parental support, and a variety of diverse learning opportunities. Such efforts are to be based on shared governance and cooperative decision-making principle. |
